Every detail was good, check-in was good, really enjoyable. All the staff were courteous, polite.

everything is very good here, had a perfect stay at a special hotel.

Quirky and perfectly clean hotel, the staff who served us were efficient, and it had ideal location close to the cathedral. Booked a room with exceptional views particularly at sunset. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated a big bathroom. Our stay was good here.

We have spent our 3 nights here lovely, it was ideal for our purposes. It was in a very central setting near the cathedral. A good choice of food options near to the venue.

Atmospheric place, it was fairly clean. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. It was located in a really quiet area very close to the magnificent cathedral as well as town centre.

Wi-Fi was very poor tbh and there was quite hard bed in my room.

Staff was highly professional and room was well renovated. Perfect customer service too. Set close to a cathedral and historic sites. The beach nearby was good and the view was pleasant!

Everything was great, so were excellent views particularly at sunset. We greatly enjoyed breakfast that was included.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other classic hotels. The location was pleasant, top breakfast and respectful staff. I appreciated the room, the bed was cozy. The pool was brilliant and the views were awesome.

The decor was modern, staff was modern, and the place was fairly clean. Exceptional breakfast, nice service. Good sized bedroom with a nice sized bathroom. Had free hot beers, coffee and gins in the main bar.

This hotel was lovely place for exploring Toledo, liked it. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. There were brand-new, cozy rooms with the beautiful roof top terrace, comfortable bed and a cute balcony. We had a lovely balcony. Fairly quiet area.

Had a very comfortable stay here. Staff and location were outstanding, and all in all I loved this hotel. Medieval style venue with antique furniture in the rooms. The beds were perfect and the bathroom was modern. Pleasant reception. What is more that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.
